There are times when you want something custom made.

Perhaps you have a particular theme in mind or item or collection of items that you would like made into a painting?  You may even want to gift a special friend or family member something unique.  Whatever the requirements, if I can help, I will endeavour to find a solution.

Choosing a painting

When thinking about choosing a painting, here are some important questions to ask yourself:

1. What is the most important thing this painting needs to have? Colour? Size? A specific theme or object?
2. What is my preferred medium?  Eg. Acrylic which is ready to hang. Watercolour which requires framing.
3. Do I have a set budget? If so, let me know upfront and I can advise what is possible.
4. Is this a gift? If so, I can personalise the art to suit.
5. How soon can I receive a painting? Can I wait between 3 to 8 weeks depending on the size & requirements for the art to be made?

Ordering a painting

For those times when you want something custom made.

• Commissioned Paintings by me are currently made in Acrylic or Watercolour.
• It is important to provide the highest quality images when emailing your references to me.  Please note: Colours on your computer monitor may show up slightly differently than the colours in the original artwork.
• While I am able to create paintings from your digital references, I am not a portrait artist.   My specialty is nature and its associated themes.
• If you are working to a set budget, let me know in advance I am happy to assist you with what is possible.   A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement.
• Payment (plus shipping if applicable) is required in full prior to the delivery of the art.
• If you are not fully satisfied with the commissioned art upon delivery, a full refund (excluding shipping) will be provided upon the return of the art in its original condition.
• All of my paintings are signed, and are not for copying or any other use, except for your own personal enjoyment.
